Deep East Texas.

ELEVENTH ANNUAL COOKOFF

WhenSATURDAY - APRIL 19, 2014 

Schedule of Events: 

 10:00 A.M.  Cook’s Meeting  /  Start Calcutta Auction

 11:30 A.M.   Bean Judging

 12:30 P.M.   Rib Judging

   1:30 P.M.   Chicken Judging

   2:30 P.M.   Brisket Judging   ( Calcutta on Brisket )  

   3:00 P.M.   Auction

   5:00 P.M.   Winners will be announced   

             Entry Fee for (3) Entry’s = $50.00 or All (4) = $60.00.  Must enter minimum of (3) categories
VFW Canteen will be open serving Beer, Wine Coolers and Soft Drinks.
There will be Pies & Cakes and other items to be auctioned.
Bring your cooking team & support the Trinity County VFW.
